How to Pay

We can accept payment via www.PayPal.com - which allows payment via credit card. There is no membership required. If you choose this option, we will send you a PayPal billing statement including shipping cost.

Otherwise, payment will be via bank wire payment to HSBC Hong Kong, to an account maintained by our parent company, Pacific Supercool Ltd. If you choose this payment method, wire payment details will be included in the pro-forma invoice supplied to you following your placement of order.

We will then check inventory status, and then reply to you with pricing, including cost of delivery to your location via several alternative express carriers.  We will also then provide you with instructions concerning how to pay.  We can generally get shipments out within 48 hours of receiving your confirmed order, including payment.



Shipping

For orders under 8 kg, we generally suggest shipment via EMS postal airmail. This method can be tracked, and reaches most destinations within 6-8 days.

For orders weighing more than 8 kg, we typically ship via DHL Jumbo Junior or Jumbo box ?which is cheaper than EMS, and typically reaches destinations within 4-6 days.

Under either of the above shipping methods, we are responsible for delivery of package to destination.

For packages under 2 kg, we can also use International Small Packet Airmail which is much less expensive than EMS. But it takes 14-18 days to reach most destinations, and cannot be tracked.

Finally, for packages over 2 kg, we can use Parcel Post Airmail. This is somewhat less costly than EMS Airmail, but cannot be tracked, and generally takes 21-28 days to reach destinations.

For Small Packet Air, or Parcel Post Air, customer assumes responsibility for delivery of package to destination. Once shipped, we cannot provide any more information about shipment status.
